I am very unhappy with Xceligent. There product is adequate but there customer service is terrible. They made promises they didn't keep. Ron Turner came to my office to solicit my business. I told him at first that I wasn't interested in data research because the last time I used a different company for that and needed out of the contract when my commercial Realtor left my office after only 3 months. But that company would not let me out of contract so I paid for another 21 months that I didn't use. Ron said that all I had to do is call him if I needed anything and he would take care of me. Besides they only have a one year contract. I said okay and signed up for the one year. Ten and one half months later I called to cancel. Their contract has a cancellation clause that states you have to give 60 days notice prior to end of contract or pay for another full one year term. So since I went over by two weeks Xceligent is holding my feet to the fire and making me pay for another year which I won't use. Now with that being said, we have sent a cancellation notice to them for the end of our second year (13 and 1/2 months notice). We ask for a response that they received it so we don't have issues next year. They will not confirm nor respond. Ron won't return any calls nor will his office respond. So now we are sending by certified mail. This is not how you build satisfied clientele. From now on when I hear Xceligent I will not have anything good to say about them. I've built my business by being honest, trustworthy and doing what I say I will do. Xceligent is willing to burn a bridge just to get an extra year. Sad!
