KozyWorld/World Marketing of America does not have a customer serivce or for that matter any telephone contact number. I contacted the retailer they had listed (200 miles away from me) in regard to purchasing another of their ventless wall heaters and the retailer said they haven't done business with them in years! I have tried to find one of their heaters and finally contacted the company via e-mail to their inquiry department to see if I could purchase one through them. This was the anser I got back:

"Good afternoon,

The heater that you are requesting we are out of stock for the season. Please try online stores for that specific unit. I tried looking for stores in your area but was unsuccessful.

Sorry for this inconvenience.

Consumer Resource"

They didn't even suggest a model similar or anything. No name to contact...nothing!
I have spent two days searching for a repuputable retailer (not someone anonymous on Amazon.com or eBay) that carries their product and have come up with a ZERO. With that type of Custoer Service it is more than obvious that they do not care about their customers or driving one away. Very disappointed in this as it was a great heater...but even when we began having trouble with it (only three years old and well maintained) we couldn't find adequate troubleshooting help! Not a good company in my book. If they can't even suggest a place to buy their product, it sounds like they don't care whether they are in business or not!
