I have been installing ViWinTech windows for customers for many years and have had great success with the windows. With the over 1500 ViWinTech windows we have installed for our customer, there have been no issues to deal with. These are great windows for the home. I was very impressed when I toured the factory and saw the manufacturer process. I would recommend these windows.

I'm writing this review to warn buyers to stay away from a Bad product made by VinWinTech windows. Less than 10yrs ago(07-08) I bought 17 replacement windows. 6 of them have seal glass failure which is stated under there Lifetime Limited Warranty under Glass("If such defects occur, VinWinTech will provide a replacement insulating glass unit at no charge for the period stated below"). That period is 0-20yrs. After 6 weeks dealing with customer service and them trying to sell more of there Bad windows, they said no warranty will be honored. They filed for bankruptcy in 2011, and this was there way out. The same Bad product before and after bankruptcy. The simple fact is this is a Bad product that VinWinTech will not back up. (Stay Away)
