We rented their unit for our wedding. They wanted to charge extra money to have an attendant at the booth to show guests how to use the unit. When we had them review instructions that we had written, they said that the instructions were enough and that guests would be able to use the unit without an attendant. Upon reviewing the footage after the wedding, we found that the guests did not know how to use the booth and we ended up with hours of footage of guests simply walking by the booth. When we asked for some kind of refund, the owner was extremely rude and refused any type of compensation. This is the worst run business I have ever seen.
