Founded in 1976 in the city of Póvoa de Varzim, in 1994 it expands to a neighboring city of Vila do Conde, building a modern industrial unit in the shipyards of this city.

The growing demand for its vessels entirely built in aluminum led the company in 1999 to build a second factory in ZI da Varziela.
