RepairToolParts and ToolPartsPro are the same company. I wish I'd have seen this review page before I ordered. PayPal paid them immediately and RTP said they would email me the next day with the shipping info. Its been 10 days and I've heard nothing from them. Just sent them another email, I hope this doesn't drag on for months like some of the other customers.

I order a compressor tank, they charged my card immediately, but two weeks later, tank has not shipped. Bad practice. It tells me they are not fiscally sound. Will go to FBI next.

This is a terrible company that has very poor customer service. I ordered a common wear part for the most common nail gun on the market & they had to order the part from the mfgr, have it shipped TO THEM, then ship it across the country to me. They would not have the part drop shipped directly to me. Customer service is poor. I would not use this company & find an alternate.

ordered a blade bolt for cordless saw on 12-31-15, supposedly in stock! called 1-11-16 as received no shipping info at all only paypal saying I paid for item! Was told item was being shipped next day! Called today 1-20-16 and was told the exact same thing!! When I asked what problem was, holidays!, same response as 1-11-16!
I would never do business with this place again! Somebody needs to investigate!

I was looking for a replacement arbor bolt (holds the blade on) for my old Delta miter saw, but everywhere I looked it was a discontinued part.
ToolpartsPro.com listed it as "in stock"! Wonderful! I placed my order on 10/12/'15. I received an email from PayPal about my purchase, but nothing from TPP. After several days I began to worry, so I started looking to see if anyone else had troubles with them, and found that I was not alone. It was only a $4.00 part, less than $10.00 with shipping, but it was the principle of the thing! I was ready to cause a ruckus!
However, after over two weeks, (10/28/'15) I received an email from TPP that the item had shipped, and listed a tracking number. Well, well!
Five days later, it arrived in my mailbox (11/02/'15). The left-hand threads are the same and it is the right length, but the built-in flange on the bolt is smaller than the original (7/8" instead of 1 and 1/8") however, it will still work.
I am glad to get my saw working again and thank ToolpartsPro.com for the hard-to-find part.
They could be a little more attentive in communicating with their customers, but after 3 weeks, at least I got a new arbor bolt!

I have 100 precent on reviews on ebay purchasing items, and also have never giving a negative review after ordering using paypal.... This time I have no other alternative but to hopefully save someone from purchasing from this F+ company is how I would rate them... I ordered just a simple drill chuck for my drill on the 16th of Sep 2015 here it is the 23rd of Sep and they have not even sent me a tracking number, they have not even started to ship the item I purchased from them..... They do not answer emails also , so if you do order you are wasting your time trying to contact them by email... I finally got aggravated enough to just go to paypal's site and write up a dispute with this lame company... so going to wait to see what comes of that.... I should of just went to ebay and found the chuck would of got it in 4 days at least...

update now it is the 28th of Sep and still no email from toolpartspro about the chuck I ordered. So upgraded the dispute using paypal to claim since they could care less about answering emails I have sent them though private email server, and emails sent using paypal as well.... I sure learned a lesson here be sure to check out a company you have never ordered from before you place a order with them, are you might end up in the same boat ordering from a place that could care less about serving customers..

took them 20 days to ship a switch that was in stock. maybe it's just one guy who has a day job, and this is a hobby? really glad I didn't need the part right away.

ordered a part that was in stock. after nearly three weeks it still hadn't arrived. I emailed them asking for a tracking number, twice, and got no response. It wasn't until I opened a complaint with Paypal that I got a response at all. They finally sent me a tracking number and the package was still in transit. For three weeks the package was in transit. I finally received my item, but not before I had ordered another on from Amazon. Would NOT use this website again.

Not happy, I order two small parts listed as "In Stock", paid with paypal. They received payment immediately I received a verification email stating I'd get a shipment email with a tracking email. 5 days and three emails later still no email. Finally after 8 days I received an email with a UPS tracking letter stating the item would be delivered on after 13 days. They charged $9+ for shipping and sent it UPS ground. First class mail would have taken 3 days they shipped the slowest way possible. I will never use there service again!

9 days after ordering, no shipping confirmation from ToolpartsPro.com. Contacted them, my part is on order from manufacturer. 5 days later it finally shipped, 6 days later still waiting. Many other online tool dealers want your repeat business, don’t order from ToolpartsPro.com.

I purchased a part from them and looks like they sent me the wrong part. After emailing the company about it, they said that they don't take any returns. My advice: purchase any parts from your local source. Stay away from this company.

8 days and no confirmation email for the parts I ordered. Called and got put on hold for some time, while the girl I surmise checked with someone else to see what happened with my order. She finally comes back and says that the parts were out of stock and are en route and should be there tomorrow. Sorry, tomorrow came and went - CANCELLED my order.

Took me five months, multiple emails and phone calls to get a part from them. Wouldnt let me talk to a manager and didn't even so much as apologize. Would NOT recommend them.
