ابتداءً من قلّة الترابط بين طلاب الجامعات بشكل عام، وطلّاب الهندسات بشكلٍ خاص مروراً بقلّة الخبرة للطلاب في الجانب العملي وربط الجانب النظري بالعملي، استناداً إلى طاقة الشباب المشتعلة انتهاءً باللانهاية نشأت فكرة تجمّع تسلا التطوّعي فأسّسناه لنكون الأوائل والسبّاقين إلى الفكرة المتميّزة بمساعدة غيرنا وتطوير مهاراتنا.

تجمّع تسلا التطوّعي هو مجموعة من المهندسين والطلبة الجامعيين المميّزين الذين يسعون إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية:

تقديم دورات نظريّة وعمليّة لطلّاب الجامعات.
تقديم استشارات للطلبة من قِبَل المهندسين.
ربط العلم بالعمل من خلال التشجيع والحث على التشارك في عمل مشاريع جماعيّة تنتهي بدعم عامل الخبرة لدى الطلّاب.
توفير المصادر العلميّة بلغات متعدّدة.
توفير التواصل المباشر بين الطلاب وأصحاب الاختصاصات والخبراء.
توفير بيئة تفاعليّة بين الطلّاب.
كتابة مقالات تثري معلومات الطلّاب والمهتمّين بالمجالات الهندسيّة والتكنولوجيّة.
