For an inexpensive, basic dial-up isp, TDISP delivers what they promise. I used them as an interim service for 3+ months after moving out to the boonies where there is no cable, dsl, or wireless, and the only options are dial-up or satellite, the latter of which I now have.

The actual internet service was fine, albeit slow. The problem I had with them is customer service. I sent email using their own contact form, and left messages after being told that everyone in support was busy, but I did not receive a response to any of them. It wasn't until I chose the "Sales" option on the automatic answerer that I got a live person.

When I made my inquiry, I was spoken to as though I was an idiot. Although the person who answered did give me the information I was looking for, she has absolutely no customer service skills, and used demeaning tactics to tell me just how uninformed I was (her perspective).

Use the ISP service, it's dependable. Realize that you get what you pay for, but don't expect any degree of professionalism or satisfaction if you need customer service.
