This is the third year I've used Taxtron software. I'm doing my best to buy Canadian. But every year is an adventure. This year, it did not roll forward my history of capital gains / losses for future years. I will now have to go back, find everything for the last decade and re-enter.
As well, it refuses to Netfile my return - even though it is flagged as valid, and all the right boxes are checked. I suspect that their most recent update clobbered my family license and set it back to individual.
Finally, it is impossible to get support. I have been trying to get a response from someone and it has been over a week. Don't they understand that we don't do our taxes at work during the day? That we need a response on weekends and nights - especially during tax season?

Reluctantly, I will be switching to a competitor next year. If I have to re-enter data anyway, might as well start with a better product rather than go through this year after year.
