These guys are not professional. for problems - they will give you an email support@Tandemtraining.net. a ticket will be issued upon their receipt of this request. but in my experience, they dont fix issues on their desktop/server.

They'll tell you just to restart your connection back to their desktop.

Hence, if you're looking for a virtual desktop, you're better off just having it on your desktop as you'll have better odds of getting problems fixed.

Or ask them for someone specific to work with?
No personal emails are listed - this tells you soemthing - no accountability on their end.

also, they do not know ACT/ACTWeb and outlook integrated functionalities.
