If you want to have a hassle free experience of your wedding in Gibraltar pick any wedding planner But NOT Sweet Gibraltar Weddings. I got married the 15th with the Sunborn package and to my experience this company is an unorganized immature non dedicated bunch of money seekers. No attention was paid to the content of email and whatapp communication, questions were not answered and I just received general replies after having to wait for days. So I needed to go over things again and again. During the taking of the oaths, the representatives did not know which couple they had in front if them whilst their phones withi annoying sounds kept going of. I had to communicate with ths registry and the hotel myself as opposed to the promises of the package and having send documents to Chamaine. Also any information asked of patking was just waved away with park outside Gibraltar as opposed to facilitating me. I had to chase up the photographer for receiving the photos. When I was at the registry I noticed other couples with wedding planners present accompaning them and assisting them through the procedures and having nice talks with each other. No, don't pick this company. Their website and FB page look good but don't let that fool you.

If I could give a minus stars I would. I really wished I had read the review a month earlier by Mandy Watts as it seems we too had fallen victim to Charmaine and Sweet Gibraltar weddings poor service. They like to say and think that they are a professional service where actually they are far from professional.
I want to keep this as short as possible as not to bore you but from the little time Charmaine spent with us to the lack of information provided, so called professional photographer (I think she was still at school) half the photos being poor quality to just feeling like we have been robbed.
The only positive out of all this was I married my best friend and that's the one thing I am truly happy about.

Just some facts to consider which we found out after we spent £835 for the so called professional planner to book the botanic garden package
For the license, ceremony, notary and the certificates is around £160, if you wanted to hire the botanic gardens yourself would cost you £250 and I'm sure you could get a actually professional photographer for £100 where you'd be 100% satisfied with your happy "Ever-After" pictures

If I can prevent at least one couple thinking of using this company i will be happy indeed knowing I have stopped another couple from experiencing the horrendous service that we received.

I was underwhelmed by the service and overwhelmed by their steep prices. We were told to meet at the registry office- no advise on where to park, how to get there- just be there. When we got there the two sisters who looked and acted like teenagers ignored us and texted and stayed on their phone the whole time. Whenever we would ask a question they would state that at the end of the registry process they would let us know about the next when we were getting married at the Mons Calpe Suite on the Rock. So, we kept quiet, watched them text and ignore us only to be told at the end "Meet us at the Cable Car at 11:30, no later than 11:45". Again no advice on how to get there. We had booked flowers, hair and photography with them as well. You figured they have something to say about those things,, Nope. As they were running (literally) out the door we peppered them with questions- What about the flowers, the hair, the photography. Chamaine stated the flowers would be white (I had via email requested purple). She would be the one doing my hair (I promptly canceled that portion of the program and had the hotel do it instead) and they stated that the photographer would be there. They then left quick, right and in a hurry. I must say the flowers were beautiful and in the color that I requested. The florist they use is quite professional. We turned up at the cable car at 11:45 only to find that they were the photographers. The Registrar was TERRIFIC as was the staff at the Mons Calpe Suite. Right after the vows were taken Chamaine and her sister couldn't leave fast enough. However, the staff at the suite waited as finished champagne, talked to us and took some great pictures of us with our own camera. Get married in Gibraltar for sure, don't use Sweet Gibraltar Weddings if you want service and professionalism. The younger sister Tamara was actually the most professional out of all, and that is not saying much. But, she actually talked to us.
