NOT RECOMMENDED. The review does not allow me to post 0/5. I hired Suzette Daigle (Suzy Slipcover) on September 13, 2016 to make a custom cover for my couch. She came to my home to take measurements and I gave her a $300 deposit (total cost would be $900) and she took 2 of 5 of the covers from my couch as a template. She let me know she would have the cover in about a month. It is now January 2017 and I still do not have my custom cover and she is not returning my calls or emails. My current couch is ruined because she has 2 of the 5 covers. I have tried repeatedly to contact Suzette Daigle but she stopped responding to my emails once I asked for a refund on January 3, 2017. Note that the phone numbers on her website, Houzz.com page, and her bbb.com page (business profile) do not work, and the address listed is incorrect. I truly hope Suzette Daigle will return my cover and my deposit and will contact me to resolve this issue.

Christina do you have your slipcover yet. I am having the same problem. She took one of my covers and I gave her over $400.
