I must warn everyone that this person is taking the money and is NOT delivering. My SUMPOD MEGA XXXL (XXL with extension to 180 x 180 x 180 cm workspace) was paid, together with another one to be sent to Canada, in April 2014. WE got just stories that he is testing printer but due to size hot plates are not working, which problem I solved, but then came story that printer is too much shaking. I suggested how to solve this in several ways, but Mr. Sum after few more weeks concluded that he has to exchange profiles used and use Ball Screws, and for that asked 5000 GBP more to be paid.
Actually, he wrote 2500 GBP "For two printers" and when I asked whether it is 2500 GBP total or per printer, he wrote that it is per printer. After this I warned him that he should have deducted cost of parts replaced and that I have information that all new material for both printers cannot cost more than 3000$, even with additional double printheads and quoted prices from factories I found. He replied that for such small cost one cannot get quality parts, which cannot be as those were Ballscrews from THOMPSON and they are their only product. We canceled one printer for Canada, but he got new excuses saying he should recalculate it all since those prices were for 2 printers and that change situation. He also noticed he calculated postage for Canada incorectly after I mentioned it in example accounting for expenses of new parts versus old parts and new postage versus old one, and he accused ME that I kept silent about his mistake, where he gave one ammount to be paid after haggling with buyer from Canada who paid for me also. Last news is that he "wait for restocking of parts at supplier" and next emails he did not answer to me at all. He offered that I cancel order and that he would refund money paid in 14 days but we refused, insisting that he deliver printers ordered, since we have clients waiting for things we have to produce with this printer. In addition, I am poor inventor whose WindSolar Power Stations can save the World from Global warming, by providing cheap electricity and opening 360 times greater Wind resources for use everywhere. Since CO2 levels threaten to ireversibly change the Climate, any delay is harming whole World and threatening our civilization. He do not care at all.......
