I purchased my Sprinklerite system 15 months ago, use their rust prevention products but my tank cover is crumbling more and more it presently is being held together using Gorilla tape ..
I’ve just contacted the customer care, spoke with Joy she informed me they can only replace the product within 1 year with proof of purchase .. this is another product made in China and is inferior. I would not recommend this product ever . Customer care probably can’t replace just the lid because the product comes complete from China . Very bad business.

It performs well when working, the issue is the tank material...i have installed twice in past 3 years, due to tank splitting at sides. Done using this system

Tank completely fell apart after 2 years, One person said they would ship me a new one. After waiting three weeks I called Sprinklerite again to be told they would not. Bad product and worse customer service

Didn't work for me. I tried and tried with the companies rep, but he lost interest in helping me. So now I have a $150.00 plastic tank on the side of my house filled with $150.00 in chemicals, that is totally worthless. The system wont draw liquid from the tank to disperse into my sprinkler system. I have double taped all connections and am using stainless hose clamps. Now I have no recourse, Feeling ripped off

I'm having the same problem. Trying to get my system to work and to find out the VerdaGro chemical is not dissolving and leaving a thick sludge at the bottom of the tank that causes the valves to get clogged. Been 4 months now and still waiting for an answer from these people on how to correct this issue.

2 years the same with me. Tank cracked and spilled out all the chemicals. I replaced it with a 30 gallon tough trash can that will not crack like the cheap one that they have for this system.
