We were promised the greatest renovations experience by the principle Gerry. Project managed, totally hassle-free turnkey approach, experience in projects our size would guarantee us no more than 2 days past expected completion date. The reality is that SplashworksKB was 102 days past completion date with major errors in installing lighting, vanity height, medicine cabinet, etc. etc. There was effectively no project management (two employees quit or were fired) and the project was a disaster... With all the screw-ups we didn't even get an "I'm sorry" but a ego maniac who had lots of excuses and explanations. If that's not enough they threatened to put a lien on our property if we didn't pay the hold-back within 7 days.
