I stayed with a friend on a rainy Sunday nite mid March.... I was so surprised at the quality of everything! the view is mind boggling, the room had a little veranda that overlooked yurts, mountains, wildlife, funky family feeling back yard.......
I was thinking supper would be hum hoish...but I was blown away by the appetizer salad.... so fresh, local and artistically put together. The salmon dish and dessert were absolutely delicious and thoughtfully put tog. I should have eaten way more slowly because each bite needed to be slowly appreciated.
The owners, chefs and warm kind fellows ...were so helpful ... wonderful to talk to ....so hard working and resourceful....
I loved that everything was local and that Soul Creek Lodge strongly supports the healing of nature.
I would recommend this to anyone.... and I thought it was very reasonably priced for the quality , view and experience .
Only complaint was ...I really wish there was a fire place in the dining room... and I was a bit cold during the meal....
