I still can’t believe I got swindled by the owner of SOBE Builders. He took my large deposit but did not finish the job he was hired to do. He did not pay his sub contractor so I had to pay him just to continue the work. I then had to hire a different company to complete the project. I am not the only home owner to get screwed over by the owner of SOBE Builders. I still have not received my court ordered refund. He then tried to sue me for “Slander” but he was unsuccessful. I do not recommend SOBE Builders to anyone.
