I don't know what you are doing to your Nilla Wafers now but they are too small to put in a cupcake paper to use as a crust to cheese cake and they are always so broken up or stuck together. I don't want to use some other Nilla Wafers but I wanted you to know of the poor quality.

I most certainly agree! The size has changed . My family has the recipe for the tiny ch cakes. But come on now ! Are you serious now they are just so tiny I can’t make my family tiny Cheese cakes. Why would you mess with perfection? And I agree with the cookies were fused together when I went to use them . Have not purchased them since. Very very disappointed

I have never written to a company or made a complaint but one time in my life. This will make the second, but I buy Nabisco Premium Minis Original, I buy at least 2+ boxes a week. I have to have these in the mornings when I get up along with ginger ale. I have been doing this for almost 2 years. I absolutely cannot get over being nauseated in the mornings if I do not have these (and no I am not pregnant, I am 62 years old). We don't really understand what is going on with me. But point is, the last 6 boxes of these I bought were way, way over cooked, and have very, very little salt on them. Product code on the boxes were AX207, and AX307 expiration dates are APR24,19 and APR22,19. I just wanted you to know how disappointed I was. I cannot seem to find a box that is good, like they have been being. They have been the only thing that has worked for me.

I bought a box of Nilla wafers for a pie I was making, unfortunately when I opened the box every wafer was burnt around the edges. I was disappointed and couldn't use the wafers. I don't know if this was a fluke or if your quality control is non-existant.

I have been a Nabisco customer for over 40 years, obviously quality kept me buying, especially Premium saltines with salt (now sea salt) - but slowly over the last two - three years, Nabisco has been cutting back on the salt, with is now almost non-existent on the cracker. The cracker now has no taste, and I am also lucky to find an intact cracker until 1/3 way into the stack. I have wanted to write for some time, but today's experience finally drove me to the computer. Does Nabisco care any more? I am so disappointed! And sincerely doubt if anyone will even bother to reply from the company.

I'm 75 years old and have been eating Nabisco products as long as I can remember, but lately I have become disappointed with your product "Premium Fresh Stacks (8 fresh snacks) topped with sea salt." The crackers still taste good, however you keep reducing the number of crackers in the pack. Seems like every year you reduce the number but not the price. Guess I'll have to do the same, reduce the amount of crackers I will buy.

I have been purchasing and eating Nabisco Premium Saltines for approx. 40 years and had always been very satisfied with the product. But in the last year the saltines seem fresh when you first open the box but when you open the packages of crackers they are stale and I wind up feeding the birds and squirrels with them. I don't know what you are doing different but ;you are about to lose a long term customer. The expiration date on the box is August 2018 so they should be fresh . Shame on you guys for not doing a better job of taking care of your customers.

I have purchased NABISCO products and enjoyed them for many years but I have to say I am very disappointed with the box of PREMIUM SALTINE ROUNDS CRACKERS. I opened the box and after about the top 1/3 of whole crackers all I found was crushed bits and pieces! Actually wasted and very disappointing! I doubt that I will purchase another box.

Sorry I cant write a better comment but tonight when I opened a package of Premium Originals and started to take them out to eat with my soup I had little black bugs crawling all over them. I then open the second wrapped package and found the same thing. The packing code was as follows 14JUNE18reoo4n3. This is not your kind of quality and though you may want to know.

For years my family and I have purchased Premium Saltine crackers but unfortunately, you are not making the same quality crackers you used to make. For starters, they do not have enough salt. I was told using less salt is better for the health of your customers. That should be your customer's decision to make, not yours. You already have unsalted crackers for those who prefer them, but many of us prefer salted ones instead, healthy or not. In addition, the crackers are thinner, are often over baked or burned, and It feels more like munching on taco chips than saltine crackers. The last two boxes I have purchased were both as I have just described. I will purchase one more box, and if the crackers are still inferior, I will join the ranks of many family and friends who have switched to another brand!

Two comments.
1. The only crackers I buy are Stoned Wheat Thins because of the healthy recipe. However, I always wished they were a more delicate crunch, that the seeds were pulverized, and that they would break in half cleanly. The new box I have has corrected all. Thank you. They are now perfect!

2. Since childhood I have loved your graham crackers broken up in milk but in recent years almost never buy them (unless the need overtakes me) because of hydrogenated or other bad fat ingredient. Gave in and bought a box and found they were no longer tasted the same. Wish for old taste with good fat.

These cookies are my favorite. But this particular day they were no where near fresh tasting. I was very disappointed. And also the fact that you cannot get your money back from the machine.

latest box of twelve sleeve original saltine crackers I purchased from Sams Club were extremely dry (not crispy at all) , hardly no salt, and the only way I can describe the taste was like eating cardboard. I also noticed they are now produced with genetic engineering. After eating saltines for over 60 years - I must now say your present crackers are terrible and I will go to another brand. I caught this right away and needless to say I was highly disappointed.

Very upset with the "Original Saltine Crackers." The last few boxes I purchased were in bulk at a BJ's club in Wallingford CT. The entire 12 packages were crumbled so much so that they were given to the birds and squirrels! I decided to try smaller boxes at a Wal-Mart store. I purchased two boxes with four sleeves each. The first box tasted horrible! They had a cheese flavor to them. I ate them due to a dietary issue I have been having since a surgery for the last year and a half and unfortunately, eat these a lot. The second box was the same awful flavor. I had my grandchildren try them thinking I was crazy but no, they said the same but said they were bad tasting cheez it's. The last sleeve in the box was so burnt they couldn't even be eaten. Not a good one in the bunch. The exp date Sept 18 2017. XKS211. I am very disappointed that such a big companies' quality control would let this happen. I gave benefit of doubt to the crumbs the first time around but it happened numerous times before and also the "salted crackers" have been unsalted. As I stated previously, I eat these a lot to the dismay of my Dr. and to have these problems so many in a row? I will no longer be buying "Nabisco" after seeing so many of the same complaints. I will however be calling the customer service number to be sure they are aware of the situation!

I opened box of Barnum's Animal crackers and could not recognize animals. The crackers looked like they were just thrown on a cooking sheet without the imprint of animal on a cracker. Indeed a disappointment if I were giving these crackers to children. Crackers were just a blob- "blob crackers". Surely you can do better than this.

Barnum's Animals Crackers - What a disappointment! I was just given a bag and when I opened the bag, WOW what a difference 15 years make! I used to give these to my children as I would get a few minutes of great conversation and giggles when telling me what the animal was and imagination of playing time. Now, not only are they much smaller, you can't even tell what the animal is! And they don't even have the same taste. These are still called Barnum's Animals crackers?? Right? Then they should resemble the animals. Or just rename them to "Barnum's Blobs!

Premium unsalted tops crackers crumble before they can be removed from their packaging. Impossible to put butter or jelly on crumbled crackers.
The crackers themselves, when intact are good tasting.

Bought some NUTTER BUTTER cookies this week. Was disappointed to find that one strip was without the peanut butter filling (about 25% of the package). The product was purchased at Walmart in Salem, Oregon. I will of course return the package to Walmart and get my money back but my point is how could this happen without being caught by your quality control people. The weight alone at packaging would surely have been a clue! I will certainly think about it before buying any more of this product since returning stuff is a real hassle!

As soon as I opened the pkg I knew something was wrong, the crackers were very "brown" Premium crackers were always white with a slight coloring of brown. I have always been satisfied with the Nabisco name & u r destroying their reputation, who r u people, never heard of u before ????
