similar experience to Michael - placed an order on their site - it processed fine and the tracking status gives 'processed' as an outcome BUT nothing has arrived 3 weeks later and no reply to telephone, mail, or contact us details. I assume they have stopped trading BUT please take the site down!

Worst experience i have ever had. Ordered and absolutely no contact. Tried emailing and calling to find out where my order is and had 0 response. They dont even answer the phone. They havent even processed my card details.
I'm now ordering from another company, i wouldn't even bother wasting your time on this website.

Simplymounts.com shows a totally lack of interest in solving issues when selling products that does not work! The phone holder I ordered does not work as supposed, and when contacting them, all they did was sending some info from the manufacturer that did not solve anything. After this they stopped answering my e-mails. The prosedure for returning goods does not work; the form you are supposed to download is impossible to download, and when tying to use thei contact form on their web-site, all you get is a message saying that your e-mail adress is invalid!
