Had this company move our belongings back to UK. Service was good, right up to the point that we discovered 3 boxes of my wife´s designer handbags collection had gone missing and one of my motorbikes was damaged by careless packing. After that Andrew was insulting, aggressive, patronising, defensive, unhelpful and downright rude. Accused us of lying about missing belongings. Not recommended.

None of this is true. I was and never would be insulting or aggressive. There was an issue with 1 box missing not 3 and apparently there was £3000 pounds worth of handbags in that 1 box, so for sure I needed to question it. The motorbike I offered to pay for the part but nothing came of it. The review is very harsh indeed.
