This is my least favorite website to buy tickets from. Sometimes it won’t let me select seats, sometimes it will only let me select certain nights, and just now it didn’t let me buy tickets at all for my brother’s production. I have never had a problem using any other ticketing website and have always had a problem using this one. Just hearing that a production is using this site to sell tickets deters me from going to the show. If you’re going to sell tickets to your show online, use a different website.

From the tech streaming producer point of view, beware. I've used the service 3 times and never had a good, stable stream.

They only give you ONE rehearsal to try to get all the equipment tweaked for optimum streaming. Video freezes constantly. Audio gets out of synch with the video.

Online chat is the only way to communicate and they seem very poorly trained.

My upload speeds are fiber fast by-the-way, so that's not the problem
