Unbelievable! I purchased three life vests from this company and received them yesterday. Two are fine but one has lots of rips around the collar. I asked them to exchange it for one that isn't damaged and they had me send a picture of the vest along with the identification numbers at the bottom (understandable). After I did, they actually accused me of wanting to send them a used jacket that I purchased from somewhere else! They said they never had that item number in stock and that the jacket was old. They said my child chewed up the jacket and I was trying to return an old used jacket for a new one!! They will not exchange the jacket for me. I am in shock!! Would never purchase through them again and I warn others to beware! This is beyond awful business practice!
