BUYER BEWARE!
Paid $60 for same day telegram and weeks later no telegram, nothing. Wish I had researched before. Trying to get a refund but so far nothing and they route payment through PayPal. Seems like a big scam.

I had the same experience as the other negative reviewers. I paid 49. for a telegram to be sent the next day. I was promised texts to track status updates. After making the payment, I have not been able to contact the company. I sent several emails, texts and phone calls.

My story is the same as the reviews above. Paid for 2 telegrams to be delivered to 2 companies to cancel contract. They stated same day delivery, did not happen, as I called the companies to see if it had been delivered as stated. 10 days later and still no delivery. Called their support number only to reach outsourced callers, with a promise of a call back from main office. Did that 4 times and emailed them. No response. This company is a scam artist to the max. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and do nothing for it. Even disputed this with PayPal, and they refused to do anything about it.

I Sent the telegram for same day delivery on a Sat. (cost $47) I'm not sure but I think I may have missed the noon deadline for same day delivery because it wasn't deliver Sat. Sun it wasn't delivered I thought maybe the company I was sending it to may have been closed, come Mon I waited until 11am and I replied to the submission receipt email they sent like it said to do on the website. 12:30pm no answer, so I called the Submission # and a gentlemen whom I could barely hear and had a foreign accent took my name and phone # and said someone would call me back, no one called so at 1:30 I used the chat on the website, I got an email telling me they received the chat message, but noting else. so at 3:00pm I called American Telegram and sent a telegram through them, which cost a fortune, it was way cheaper then the contract I was trying to cancel. Then I went to my email and USCOMM LLC had emailed me back at 3:10 pm (while I was on the the phone with American Telegram) and it said the telegram was delivered That is ALL it said. I checked the tracking and it was delivered at the same time I got the email. So I really don't know if it was delivered or they just said it was and they just edited the tracking info. There is no way to find out for sure, except calling the company (LeafFliter) I canceled the contract with and asking if they got one or two telegrams. I'm still waiting to hear from them since I called LeafFilter to cancel on Sat and they said they'd pass the message to the local office and I would receive a call from them, which I'm still waiting for. So I read the fine print and saw the hoops you have to jump through to cancel and I choose the telegram method. An hour after calling American Telegram I had a file copy of the telegram and then I received a phone call when it was delivered and a follow up email with the time it was delivered and name of the person that signed for it. Each of those things cost $13 a piece plus the cost of the telegram TOTAL $213. At least my guts aren't churning wondering if it was actually delivered. MORAL of the story don't sign a contract without finding out what you have to do to cancel it, read the fine print, don't believe the sales rep who says all you have to do is call and cancel and DON"T use USCOMM LLC , SendTelegram.com to send a telegram definitely not reliable.

Thanks to this sham of a service I lost $2850. The telegram never arrived and their customer service is never available. Never never use this company again.

My story is the same as the other reviews (which I should have searched for before trying to send a telegram through this company). Beware!!! I paid to send a same-day telegram which never arrived. I tried to contact the company through "Live Chat" (there is no one there), "Customer Service" (an answering service with no returned call), and sales email (no reply).
