Annual subscribers for years and have never had a billing problem. Occasionally buffering which is remedied by switching between us and uk servers. Lots of content without irritating commercials.

I paid for 2 months service and they cut me off...they want me to pay for it again a wk later.

I paid for a 6 months service and cut me half. When asked why? They do not respond. I have a record of my pmts. I would not use their service ever. YouTube is free and much clearer anyways. I like supporting my people but obviously they do not have great customer service. And I will let my friends n families know about them. It’s been a wk and half still have not heard from.

Anytime I was renew the membership,they will charge foreign transfer fee. That shouldn't be charged to the member.

That happened to me too! I pd for a 6mos svc in July and they cut me off short. Requested me to renew. They took half of my money and will not return emails. They call that “LIVE chat
