if you have the misfortune of using SDG you will want to steer clear of any contact with them. the owner is rude and his attitude has most certainly worn off on his employees. they have hung up on me several times and called me an idiot. they use big delaying tactics like making you wait a month for your refund when they don't send your order. I would stay well away from this company, because I didn't receive my order and I wasn't accepting that a refund would take a month, the owner said he would no longer like to speak with me and that I had caused him so many problems!
