Southern California's Premiere not for profit Fishing Club
offering social activities, club tournaments and monthly meetings that are informative and a lot of fun. Being part of a fishing club gives you access to anglers that have a wealth of knowledge in the area of sport fishing. We also have top experts speak at our meetings, so we guarantee that you will increase your fishing ability as a member of our club. If you are not sure and just want to check out the club, you are always welcome to join us as a guest at one of our meetings.

The San Diego Rod and Reel Club meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm (6:pm meet and greet). At each meeting we have a guest speaker who is an expert in saltwater sportfishing or a related field. Members also share their recent fishing adventures and there is a great raffle with fishing tackle for prizes, including rods and reels. The club is family oriented, so you are welcome to bring your kids to the meeting.

We hold many fishing tournaments throughout the year for cash and prizes, such as the Spotted Bay Bass Tournament, Big Fish Tournament, Rock Cod Tournament, Triple B Bass Tournament, Yellowtail Tournament and many others. The tournaments are off shore in the warmer months and in San Diego Bay in the wintertime.
