I agree. And if you have ever reviewed the homework lessons, it has many mistakes that proves that the lessons have not been thoroughly proofed by a qualified educator. The administration team is very disorganized and god-forbid if you ask them to provide homework for lessons missed due to whatever reasons (beause "they don't care" - verbatim).

I totally agree with this parent. You should also be providing alternative options for absenteeism, instead you slap us with a fee. A child's sickness or family emergency is not something that we plan for, hence I strongly feel this fee should be waived off.

Reidmount has administrative challenges for which they seem to be penalising the parents.
Beginning of the school year it was a chaos. when you call you never get a live person on the phone. emails are responded at some point.
Recently for kids who have been absent, they have started charging for lessons if requested 4th time onwards. Instead of making alternate arrangements to make the lessons available to parents for kids who missed a class, they are charging to reduce absenteeism. When we pay for the whole year, it includes lessons and material. The least they can do is provide the material.
