The reo training, and relationships built with the Asset managers has been valuable over the last three years. Appreciate the recent 14 reo properties you provided me and I just started my team at my brokerage. From the contractor doing repairs first and help with submitting offers on thier platform when I needed your company, thanks.

I have always wanted to get a piece of the reo foreclosure space and after 16 years in business really appreciate the introduction to working with Asset managers, and thank you for the last 9 foreclosures I listed using your platform system. Your professionalism and always getting back to me is really appreciative. Sean, Mark, and staff keep up good work.

My real estate business has bern pretty steady and I tried the bank foreclosure route to boost my listing stable. This new venture produced 11 new foreclosures I put on the market and netted nice payouts from each bank and credit union. It was a great surprise and thanks for the added business.

I have worked the reo foreclosure market heavily and with your help had secured 13 new foreclosure listings to put on the market through the service.. Excellent customer service and nine new Asset manager connections. Couldn't have done it without you Mark and thank you for being persistent and helping me with the properties and Bpo format pricing...

I signed up July 2021, paid $175.00 to join and to date, May 2023, I have never gotten a referral. Not one. They took my money and made promises that were never kept.

After 23 years in the business, I was looking for a alternate source of listings and reo education in the foreclosure market. Mark, Randal and Stu worked with me and helped to obtain 14 listings from 5 banks and Asset managers over the past year. A few I built a relationship with on the portal have handed me multiple homes. If you refine your profile it helps to get looked at for more listings. Anyhow, thank you as this now a valuable part of the brokerage and the banks always paid well.

In 2009 I did a lot of these bank owned with them and reconnected with the Asset managers and platform. Stu an Mark took care of me and helped me through process and procedures, built my reo resume and I got 3 Asset managers to get me a shot, handed me 6 listings over 9 months. After repairs and completion, banks closing process ran smooth with no hiccups. As a broker all business helps. Even if I didn't get the volume, the reo boo training was extremely valuable. Thanks for always answering the phone, returning calls and not giving on this old man. Maybe we can get some more over next 3 quarters.

In real estate we are always looking to increase business and I ventured to the bank listing market. The whole company was courteous and answered my calls and helped the best they could. Mark and Andrew helped with my profile and got 28 Asset managers to notice me and I got 5 listing opportunities to put on the market and helped with filling out the bpo for the bank. I would be happy with one, but 5 was a great surprise. Great results, keep up the good work...

Just a thanks to helping me get my reo business back off the ground. Having been a agent for 9 years I saw the market headed this direction and wanted to get back in the foreclosure game. After three months got the second Asset manager to give me a chance on 2 properties to list and Karl and Mark, and Sean were great to work with in the reo division. Successfully completed 9 bank listings so far and the commissions the banks paid were great..

Over the year I worked and got listed on their site and we listed 8 foreclosure properties. As associate broker my team gained education and strategies on working with some of the Asset managers from various banks and credit unions and locating the homes as well. It has been a great learning experience and the banks who made contact had decent commissions they paid on the foreclosures. Thank you for the knowledge and helping me grow and list some foreclosed homes.

Being a realtor for over 6 years, foreclosure listings seemed like a good business model for me to get in and after connecting and working with some different asset managers using the platform I successfully sold 11 foreclosures from a few banks and the commissions were really fair. I did take the training on running Bpos and learned a lot. It's a decent secondary source of real estate business and like anything you continually learn and grow. I would recommend trying the platform and making connections with Asset managers.

Working on the Asset system I was able to list 9 foreclosures over a year with different Asset managers from several banks and credit unions. If the market stays current, offers on the homes for 2022 should still move quickly. All in a nutshell, being responsive and follow up when a request comes in for a listing and keeping my profile resume updated and a good Cma was the key to success. Thank you Mark and Daniel and the reo team...

I signed up with the Asset manager service back in August and in the past 7 months I have gotten 13 properties to list and sell. Once the credit union viewed my profile and I gave Lic. and Eo information we were good to go and I was assigned the listings. I was able to build some internal relationships from different lenders and I also done this 7 years so I had to redo my bpo/cma forms and quick training refresher. I would recommend any agent or broker looking to generate relationships and build their reo business contact them. I worked with Mark and Andrew.

I signed-up in September 2020 (it's now April 2021) and not one listing assignment after months them advising something is coming soon or my profile has been reviewed by banks or a clean-out is being ordered and I should be hearing from them later in the month.....nothing after 7 months. I don't recommend this service.

Same here Jeff. REOASSIGNMENT.com is pure BS with promises after promises with a listing coming in 2 weeks...1.5 months after I paid them. It is now 1 month later. It is a lure with NO LISTINGS OFFERED as promised.
