My first three leads (only ones in a month) turned out to be "no responses". After emailing, texting, calling, and sending samples of properties, all I got were "crickets". This is the start of month 2 and I have another "lead"-- will see where it goes from here

What can I say? I thought I did my due diligence, but obviously it wasn’t enough. The first indication there was a problem was when I downloaded their “app“ only to find that it was not working and to be told they actually don’t really have an app. They said you’ll have to use a desktop to log notes on clients. If that is a dealbreaker for you, have no worries, because they really don’t actually send you clients, so there will be nothing to log anyway. In the last several months, every single one of the leads they sent me was fake. Before I even called the person, I knew it was going to be a waste of my time because the name of the person didn’t match the name in the email address. If and when a real person answered the phone, they would be very upset saying they were getting lots of phone calls from many realtors and they were not in the market to look for a home or sell a home. Please do not give this company your $300 to get set up on their “platform”.
