FAKE/SCAM private email service run out of India. They just look to capitalize on uneducated patriots. Tried using the live chat feature. After about 3 questions, the indian support guy left and terminated the chat.

I've been using Reagan mail for many years, never a problem. I recommend it.

I was wanting to switch to Reagan e mail. I have a friend who has it told me he has had it for a few years and that it has become terrible. I thought maybe it was just him so I looked at reviews.
I am not writing a review, but I wanted to say thank you for your reviews. You helped my avoid risking future head aches. Based on many reviews it seems that they do not know Ronald Reagan very well as he was all about accountability.
Any way. Thank you for helping me.

The messages in my "Sent" folder disappeared a couple of weeks ago. Reagan.com have not been able to find the emails. None of my outgoing emails are in my Sent folder. It's most frustrating. Reagan.com hasn't answered any of my pleas for help in quite a few days. They are ignoring me. I'm going to start using Gmail. I guess they need a better system or better trained technicians.

I have been a customer of of theirs for YEARS. A couple of months ago, my email was hacked! It was used in a spam campaign. This resulted in my email getting flagged and now Yahoo has blacklisted my email. Which means I cannot email anyone with a yahoo account. Reagan email provider refuses to help. All they have to do is send my updated SFP form to yahoo verifying I am not a spammer and a real account. This will unblock me. Now I have to find a new email provider as trying to contact the thousands of yahoo email account holders to have them add me to their whitelist at their end is not feasible. That would be impossible! The fact they use a President's name like this to garner Trust and then throw your clients down the tube with a so sorry for your luck but we refuse to help even though we can is CRAPPY and UNETHICAL

I have this service for several years with few problems until recently. Now some friends and relatives have been blocked and even my attorney. There is no way to know who all is blocked but it can be hard on friends and business when they think it was me that blocked them.
Has anyone else had this problem and how did you get it resolved?

I’ve had the service for 7 years. It’s been OK. When the server has issues it’s bad, it’s rare but usually takes a day or two for them to remedy. I love the history of Ronald Reagan, but I cannot recommend the email service named in his memory and plan to leave it.

As a blind person I am unable to access my email, it will not let me reset the password, the only published phone number is an unanswered fax machine, the only unlisted number I could find by paying a private search source is only a recorded answering machine. The only methods of contacting the company is via email and the only way they will respond is via email and that is not an option when you can not sign in. Absolutely pathetic that anyone claiming they are a corporation would not have someone to answer the phone. I paid three years in advance and can not even use the service!

I obtained a new email address on 8/5/2020. It worked fine for 24 hours. On 8/6/2020, I received a “login failure” message. The only (vague) solution on the website was to reset my PW. When the screen popped up prompting me to answer my security question, no security question was presented. This precluded me from resetting my PW. I entered a chat session for help, the person pulled up my account, asked the security question—which I correctly answered—then requested I stand by while she resolved the issue. I waited happily (since experience has taught me these issues are common and easily rectified) until... the CSR writes “your account has been deactivated and your money refunded. there is no other information available.” I literally had only an instant to read the response before the chat was shut down. This left me with no email and $99.00 short on my C.C. Hopefully these imbeciles have enough integrity to actually process the refund.

The worst customer service, non existent! You get a lot of fishing emails claiming to be from reagan.com. If you are able to get a response , the instructions are unclear, vague, useless.

I have been with Reagan.com since 2014, I have never had any problems what so ever. I contacted their support group a couple of times via email and had a response within 24 hrs. A few times I've received unrecognizable spam and once I flag as spam, I don't receive them any longer. I have never had any problems accessing email from any location or device.
Over all, this was a great move and very happy with them!

I really liked having Reagan mail, BUT it would have been helpful to have been informed that my card had expired (actually, the the 3 number code was changed when the card renewed) and by the time I learned what the problem was, I couldn't fix it. I was able to reach support 3 times, but they do not stay with you to help you to get the problem taken care of. The third time I was able to get through everything and put in a different card with an expiration date in 2021 BUT THE SITE REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT! 3 times! I'll need a lot of time to get through the maze to see if it will accept the updated version of the card I used for years. Gmail was working ok till a helpfull soul put Google chrome on my pc. PLEASE help me get my card back! It was great for years! And consider letting people know IN BOLD TYPE when they need to update their card info with you. I want my 5-star email back!

The first year wasn't too bad but they have totally screwed us this year. When we got our first email notice informing us that our service renewal date was coming up, I paid the $40.00 THREE MONTHS before it was due. We continued to get warning emails for weeks after I paid. We contacted their so called customer service via email and gave them the PayPal transaction number proving that we had already paid. We were told to disregard the warnings because their records also showed our account was paid. So we disregarded the warnings. Well, our email service is now shut down for "non payment". All our business emails and contacts are now hostages of Reagan.com. I used their live chat to try and resolve the problem and they just pretty much said "yeah, you're right...your account is paid. We'll contact accounting and get back to you." Well, they haven't and now I am having to go through PayPal dispute resolution to try and at least get my money back. Folks, there are too many email services out there to put up with such sloppy business practices...

NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR HELP. Was getting over 100+ spam e-mails daily. Timely to remove in trash. Spent about one hour on chat with customer service. They wouldn't let me change my e-mail name. Cancelled service.

I've been using the service for 3.5 years and I love it. I like the fact I don't get any spam, and I haven't had any negative issues with the service. I love that you get 25GB of storage and your trash is not deleted so you have the option to look up something that was deleted.

my problem started at the beginning with them dictating the structure of my password. I simply cannot have 10, 20, 30 passwords for different sites. I use one only, and change it often

Service is extremely slow to nonexistence. No help from instructions. Need a definite person in charge equipment and customer relations.

Customer service is extremely poor. Impossible to get assistance from a live person. They are even slow to respond via Internet. If you are a business owner consider carefully before choosing this site.

I have used Reagan.com for over a year. I have had no problems that weren't resolved immediately. I like having a secure email. I like the privacy. I like knowing which sites sell my information.

I had this website for over a year, and renewed several months ago for another year. However, a month and a half ago, I was "wormed," which was a virus that would not allow me access to my Reagan.com emails. After three days of asking for help, their "zendesk" finally responded 9 DAYS LATER! I was so irate that I asked for a refund and service cancellation. 2 DAYS LATER I got a response saying it was after the 30 day cancellation period, and I had no choice but continue using them until they tried to renew again for another year! Needless to say that was not acceptable. In my opinion their customer service is the worst in terms of response time. Even though I admire President Reagan as the best president ever. I have gone back to my unsecure gmail account.

Twice this year I have had trouble logging into my email account and the first time all of my emails vanished after I regained access. I am hoping that is not the case this second time. Terrible customer service also. They take forever to get back with you about anything!

I have the same problem with my account, and have had the account for many years. I am unable to sign in because my password is 'incorrect'. After dozens of attempts in the last two or three days, I am going to my last resort - getting a new email carrier (I just paid for a year of service three weeks ago). I have no clue as to how I am going to notify every person and entity who may be trying to send me mail! This is truly disgusting on their part, as I have given them my phone number and asked repeatedly for a text or a call to no avail. And to think that I have repeatedly recommended them to others.
