My husband and I employed Richard of RC Aerials to connect a tv and pc to our bedroom as my husband was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and we thought that on his "bad days" if he couldn't get out of bed then this would be ideal. He was very pleasant and did a fair job,so a couple of months later we rang Richard and asked if he would mount our tv in the lounge on the wall and move the sockets thus making all the wires invisible. What a FARCE !!!!! Firstly when he arrived he said he wouldn't be able to complete the job in one day as he didn't have all the correct tools with him... we explained to him previously what the job entailed. He left us all weekend with no tv or internet access as he wired the wrong aerial in to the tv. When I rang him on the saturday saying we had no tv he said he would not be able to come to put it right until the monday. He brought a young man with him to do the electrical work. All our new wallpaper had to be stripped off and re done as it was ruined and torn!!!! £300 pounds in total was paid to this man who knew my husbands illness is terminal and not 4 months down the line the glass shelf that we bought for the dvd and tivo box has now fallen off the wall ( he was paid to put this up), we lost all tv and internet connection as he used the WRONG CABLE and CONNECTORS! Unfortunately we were not warned and we paid up front, never again!
