imran is outstanding! He is committed, diligent, and thorough, and his expertise was evident from the start. We suspected that we had bed bugs, and he came within hours of our call to him. He immediately discovered our infestation (which a previous exterminator had missed), and then he put us at ease. He confidently assured us that he would get rid of our bugs, and that he did. He returned the next day and the day after that, and then again when we called him a week later, worried that the bugs weren't yet gone. We could not have found a more efficient, capable or reliable worker. He returns calls and emails promptly, and he expertly rid us of our bed bugs. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
