I do not find that the above review reflects my experience with QVC. Having dealt with them since before they were QVC which means my experience goes back well over 20 years I find them to be reliable and responsive to customer problems and have had only a few problems which were quickly handled to my satisfaction. Among many items of kitchen appliances purchased by us I have a NuWave unit which works well and has had no issues. I also purchased a deep fryer but can not address her problems because I have no idea which brand was purchased and we all know that different brands do not all share the same quality. The amount of problems wes minute and while I may not have agreed with their response I always received a response and I have not had enough problems although I buy a lot of items from them. Perhaps it would be better if you did some research before you buy and that includes reading the reviews. The problem that did annoy me early on was what I considered my fault for failing to read the reviews before I purchased so it was partially my fault for sure. I was angry when I saw the number of really bad reviews and yet they were still selling the product but they did show him the door somewhat later and they did reimburse me after the fact when the company proved a liability.
