I was part of a unit deployed in Afghanistan and we submitted a design we made to this company. Everything seemed fine at first. When the patch arrived about three weeks later, I was shocked. The text on the patch was completely illegible, and everyone else agreed. It was the worst patch I've seen. I asked if it could be remade in a larger size so that it would be legible, and he agreed, but only if I pay him a LOT more money. I think it would have been fair if I had to pay the difference in cost from size increase, but he wanted a few more hundred dollars for the 50 patches. I requested quotes from other companies and every other service I talked to were far less greedy. It was cheaper for me to buy all new patches from another company. In the end, I kindly asked for at least a refund of some sort because we can't even use the patches he sent us. Gary refused, but offered a discount on his over-priced shipping cost. After all this, I'm almost $300 in the hole with 50 useless patches. Please, save your time and money and use a different company.
