I received a defective phone, and when I gave them my info for a refund, a fraudulent charge from some unrelated company showed up on my credit card. I'm still hoping for a refund. Staying as far away from this company is my advice.

I ordered a net10 phone. It was suppose to be a net10 ready phone on verizon. But I was sent a at&t unlocked phone that could not be activated. I mailed it back the next day new ,unused, and unactivated and only got part of my money back. It was all their fault not mine. Do not order anything from them!

I ordered a cell phone and they took the money out of my account immediately. 17 days later I still don't have a phone. I called the number connected to the withdrawal from my account and left several messages. No calls back. I tried to e-mail but all the messages bounced back as failed to deliver. I called a number off their website and a woman gave me another number saying she could not help me as she was in engineering (engineering what? Are they building the phones themselves?) I finally reached a person who gave me another number who said that they were behind because of Hurricane Matthew. Back when I placed my order and they took my money Matthew hadn't even formed yet. They will probably use that excuse until next year. Christopher (customer service?) promised my phone was being shipped today. We will see but some how I doubt it. If you are having trouble with this company (or scam artists) you can talk to Christopher (or what ever his name will be tomorrow) at 407-856-2717. Good luck!

the service is horrible, I ordered a phone on Thursday july 7th here it is july 12 and my phone still hasn't even shipped . I paid 26.99 for 2 day shipping what a waste of money, if you order a phone online from any other company that phone is in your hand in 2 business days. I'm very disappointed .
