I would like to express my dissatisfaction on my conversation with an employee (Company) at Protection 1st. This conversation happen Oct 8, 2018. I purchase two pieces of leather sofas at Exclusive Furniture and also purchase an extend warranty for them. Well I misplace my paper work for the warranty and contacted Exclusive Furniture for a copy and they couldn't help me so I keep looking for my warranty and located it. Called Protection 1st and the person said that fading is not covered so I explained that the springs were bad and I had misplace my paper work and it had been about 60 days since the spring had gone bad. She said it was over 30 days and it was not covered by the warranty. I explain to her that I paid money for a warranty that is no good to me, so basically Protection 1st took my money. I plan on going back to Exclusive Furniture and expressing my dissatisfaction my Protection 1st and will never but any furniture from them or recommend them to anyone. I will post this on facebook, that Protection 1st is a scam and do not purchase any warranty from this company.
