On Feb2nd 2014 I ordered and paid online . Feb 17th I emailed them because I had not heard anything. They replied saying they screwed up. They asked if we still wanted the order? We immediately replied yes and asked if we could have a discount? After 7 days of not hearing from them yet again, I asked for a 50% discount or Id cancel the credit card payment. They cancelled my order and turned on me. They were rude and condescending. The cancellation was the only written document we ever get and 25 days later! Stay away from this company . Very similiar bad review on Houzz.com .
