Best Hotel Ever
This was without doubt one of the best holiday experiences we have had to date.
On day one my wife and I kept coming into contact with people either in the restaurant or round the pools or indeed on the transfer from the airport asking us how many times we had been to this hotel!!! It soon became apparent why multiple visits were the norm. Everything about the hotel complex makes you want to come back.
The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and cannot do enough to accommodate you. Everyone has a smile on their faces and it's infectious.
As soon as you arrive at the hotel you are greeted with a refreshing drink while the staff book you in - no queueing at check in desk like other hotels. Your luggage is taken care of by Youssef and his team, and it's off to your room. Ours overlooked the pool and had a sea view - perfect. The bed must have been 8ft wide and like the rest of the hotel everything was spotlessly clean.
The food is very definitely where the hotel excels. The main restaurant is absolutely superb, you are spoilt for choice. We were holidaying for 3 weeks and never got fed up once. The chefs are so creative and talented.
In addition to the main restaurant there are 6 speciality restaurants - 3 of which are included in the price of a TUI holiday. All of these are excellent and have a nice ambiance. Recommended.
At the pools the excellent service continues. The staff, and in particular the very amiable Carlos, make sure you stay hydrated.
I had a birthday whilst on holiday and the pool staff came round and much to my embarrassment sang happy birthday to me. However after a day lounging in the sun when I arrived back at my room much to my surprise it had been decorated with banners and balloons and shortly after a cake arrived with birthday wishes from the hotel staff. I was touched.
Special mention has to go to the resort manager, Fouquet. This gentleman is tirelessly working to continuously improve the hotel and facilities.
