My daughter canceled within the 5 days. They still charged her. Then she canceled online.....and they charged her again....this time they said they charged to cancel. Unacceptable. I will be writing a letter to the Texas Attorney General regarding this and how they are taking advantage and also charging unauthorized charges to accounts.

Scam DON"T DO IT. Of course it may not be, but they will CHARGE you to "cancel" your membership... "express fee" they call it. SCAM. a "serous" or real business would NOT charge you to cancel. Money making scam.....
just my opinion.
