I changed to them because of waiting times with Oranges' help lines about 4 months ago.

After an initial problem with my application I now have them.

Since then I've had various problems:

1. Connection not as good as Orange, contacted them 4 or 5 times, it's improved a little but not enough.

2. Invoices, they charge extra for last no. viewing & answerphone, something I already have with my phone anyway, not much but almost 2 € a month.

I didn't ask for this, eventually after another 3 or 4 calls they stopped charging for answerphone but continue with last no. showing on my system anyway.

So I'm charged monthly for what I don't require. I've phoned them 4 times, written an email but received no response inspite of the guy on phone saying it will be stopped.

I don't think ths is LEGAL?

Also beware of 'FREE' calls to UK, I hardly use this service at all but when I do invairiably a long call of an hour or so. They CHARGE YOU FOR THIS?

3. Overall the telephone is good albeit sometimes worthless, if you contact them about a bill it's premium rate, I'm next going to write a letter with my complaints.

To sum up, god but bad financially!!!

I shall see if that works otherwise I'll change providers.
