I placed my first order with them and because they charged me in USD instead of pound sterling they have kept my order and my money of nearly £100. I was told last week they would refund me my money and I am still waiting. I send emails everyday with no reply and message them on customer services and also Instagram with no reply. All I want is my money back. I wish I had paid through PayPal. No one is replying to me they are supposed to be a professional company I find this disgusting and I will never recommend them or shop with them again. I have been waiting for over a month for my money back.
