Impossible to access your account to inquire about what it is they are billing you for. Do they expect people to mail in a check without knowing what its for. Tried calling, got nowhere,their internet sites are a waste of time Really Suck! I rate it a minus 10. The Landauer Company needs a complete overhaul. How does it stay in business?

Got bill from Landauer Medstar for air compressor (I think) ,no details for what
dates it is for. My wife died 6 months ago and compressor was pick up in Dec.
This is one of the worst company I have had to deal with. Called numbers to question bill but don't get anyone to speak to, say to leave voicemail and they will call in 48 hours. This is a lie, left 3 messages.and never heard from them.
Went to address given to pay bill on internet, again , get nowhere where. I don' think they really have any way to find out info about bill or pay other than by mail.
As far as I'am concerned their system SUCKS and as I see from remarks on internet from other persons I am not alone in my feelings. They don't even deserve a rating of "1" and whoever is in charge should be Fired.

Unable to access payment page. When typing in "Landauer.hmebillpay.com", received message "the web address you entered could not be found". After typing in "Landauermedstar.hmebillpay.com, received "this connection is untrusted" message...

Tried to pay online... but there was no where to pay... Also tried to call and I keeping getting the same message, "We are experiencing high calls volume,. but if you would leave your detail contact information and someone will contact you within 24 business hours. Can this be real?

Tried paying online and nothing pops up on the site to pay it. Called the number numerous times and no answer. Not really sure if this is a legit business at this point. And now they're adding late fees! What a joke!!
