The provided info on the site i gind very helpful however can the administrators respond to the other comments here with explanations as to why these folk have been 'pulled up' this would be helpful to them & for the site.

After the death of my N sister, I was really in need of some closure and understanding of what the last 50 years had been all about. I went on Outofthefog and had some really cool exchanges with people. Then, I kept getting warnings from the moderators telling me I was doing something wrong. This triggered my PTSD and got me in fight/flight like I used to when my sister would contact me. It was exactly what I did not need at the time. These moderators should know the fragile make up of their audience. It makes me wonder who is running that forum and if they are not a bit N themselves... There are other more helpful sites...

I found the people on this site to be very helpful to me and very understanding of what I've been dealing with. However, I can hardly say anything without having the "administrators" of the site find fault with what I've said. Once it was that I referred to "being in training." Aniother time it was that I told a young woman not to provoke her obviously disturbed spouse. Next it was that I raised a topic related to what other members had been talking about. All of this constitutes reasons to shut me off the site. I've tried to communicate with the "administrators" about this but can't find a way to contact them! Don't get involved with this site. There are people in need there, perhaps in need the same way you are,, but you won't be allowed to communicate with them because of the rigid rules of the "administrators.":
