I have nothing good to say about the OSTER animal care Pro Trimmer.I bought it on march 23, 2014 and I trimmed 2 of my small dog's feet and it made a loud sound then stopped working and that was it. Today is march 24, 2014 I haven't even had this for one day. So as of now I have to take this piece of junk back and hope I get my money back and take my dog and get him groomed ,something I had hoped to do myself. Anyone from OSTER care to E-mail back to explain why I am having this problem. I am very tired of companies not caring if someone buys their product and It doesn't work after all I am only one person so what do I matter to them. I will not buy any OSTER products again for fear It will not work again. I really do not expect a reply, I just put that challenge to you because I am angry . I had hoped you were a company that made dependable products. Gayle Andrews
