absolutely the WORST website i have ever been on. can't log in, always an issue, no phone # on website to call. even my finance person couldn't figure out how to log in. get kicked out several times. asks for "lookup" and why do you need THAT to sign in. extremely confusing when saving passwords as well. all i wanted was paperless billing. argh! got one account finally now trying another user id and it's not working. hope i never have to go back into it after trying to get paperless billing on the other account but i'm afraid i will have to so i can see how my account is doing.
