I am having a serious problem unsubscribing my account and having sent several emails to several management team members I have gotten zero response. I called the phone lines with no response and they keep deducting their fees from my debit card even when I have not used their platform in several months.
Its is just horrible. I do not know what else to do as I do not live in the USA.
I dont know why they cant just have a look at my account to see that I have not used it in months. I am not even able to sign on to the console and end my subscription.
