Received debit card as a promotional rebate for a Minolta trolling motor. Activation was no problem but unable to use as no pass code was given so was denied.

if you call the 800 number on the back of your card, one of the choices available is for setting or changing a pin number. It was very easy to do.

I received a prepaid card in the mail. I have no clue who sent it to me. Maybe it was Santa Claus. After reading all the reviews and understanding credit card companies can now lie cheat and steal from us, I think I will just shred the card.

call the 800 number to activate card. I did and it worked fine. Once you do that, you will need to go to the option for selecting or changing your pin number. Very easy!

I absolutely hate this card. I don't understand how they give out a card, yet tell you where you can shop at. They don't let you put the money on any bills including your cable bill which I cant understand why. Most of the stores are not in my area or maybe I just don't like the stores that accept the card. I am very upset and just because of this card will not refer anybody to deal with Verizon.

45 minutes of wasted time as it kept saying "this page is not available."
I recall going through this the last time I tried to activate one of these cards 6 months ago. Seems like they can not or do not wish to fix their problem. Called the number on the back of the card, customer service, and it was activated in 4 minutes.

Received a Visa Debit card as a rebate for a store promotion. However, when attempting to activate the card, I was unable to even find the site, shown on the card as: MyPrepaidCenter.com. So now I have a worthless card, since I can't even get it activated! There should also be a phone number to use, rather than only a website. As a result of this negative experience, I will NEVER again purchase anything that offers this type of a rebate!

There is an 800 number on the back of the card that you can call to activate the card, set up your pin number, etc. I know the writing on the back of the c card is very small, but you should read it!

I pity anyone who receives money via my prepaid. The website is NOT mobile friendly, you have to create a profile to find out where you can use the card, the list of retailers is pitiful and there is no way to get the site to help you remember your login credentials!!!!

Card activation worked online. Was able to use card in a retail location but is not accepted by Google Play Store. Called Customer Service number and followed prompts and record told me to go online. Nothing online to help fix the problem. Sure would be nice if they had an email address for support.

Tried the website several times and got no where. Read several other websites that offered prepaid activations thinking I was on the wrong website. I waited a month and tried again and after reading a review here I used the 1-800 # on the back of the card and was done in a few mins. Mine came from Sentinel Brand Products.... I assume the website is not put together right to do what it is intended to accomplish for the consumer.

I'm glad I only wasted about 3 minutes trying to activate my card using their website. I saw the link to comments and found that I was not the only person that couldn't get any of the activation links to work. Followed everyone's advice here and called...took less than a minute to activate.

Thank goodness I found this consumer rating page. I too tried and tried to activate card. After reading this, I went straight to the number on the back and it took about one minute to get it activated. Next time, please just give me instant rebate or a check.

Oh my!!!! I have been wasting my time trying to activate my prepaid card(s) by going to: MyPrepaidCenter.com
Don't bother going online. Whether you try to create a profile or enter the card's information; it doesn't work!

Just call the customer service number on the back of the card:
My card(s) customer service number was 1 (888) 842-0336.
Just follow the prompts....

I can't even get the card of $25.00 from myprepaidcenter it always says I have to create a profile and already did that. After that theirs a little square box to check that says you have read and agree to the disclosure of the rules and regulation of the card. The darn thing won't accept my check mark and no matter what I do, it brings me back to this point. I have called myprepaidcenter to get this taken care of and they say they will call you back in 5 to 7 business days and theynever do.

I had 6 (yes 6) $50 gift cards that were in an envelope, somehow the envelope got misplaced. When the envelope was found all 6 cards had expired- I called the 800 number and got a lady that I couldn't understand. After talking to her, and not understanding her, I was so upset I asked to speak to her supervisor. Not very happy with the way this conversation was going, after a 10 min. hold "Dean" comes on the line, saying he's a shift supervisor. I explain the situation and he tells me that for each month after expiration, I'm charged $3.95 off the card. THEN to actually get the money on the card, I have to pay an additional $15 for each card.

I kept saying, you've got to do better than that- what about customer service? Can't you cut me a break? Somehow? At this point he wouldn't even talk to me- there was just silence on the phone. I've worked with customers all my life and HAVE NEVER been treated so poorly by a company!

After it was all said and done- my $300 worth of gift cards were only worth $116. They took $184 out for fees! I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company! We'll see if I ACTUALLY even receive the replacement card in the mail.

IF you receive a card from these guys- DO NOT LET IT EXPIRE- they will rake you over the coals, instead of help you! Worst Customer Service EVER!
