Tried the website several times and got no where. Read several other websites that offered prepaid activations thinking I was on the wrong website. I waited a month and tried again and after reading a review here I used the 1-800 # on the back of the card and was done in a few mins. Mine came from Sentinel Brand Products.... I assume the website is not put together right to do what it is intended to accomplish for the consumer.

I'm glad I only wasted about 3 minutes trying to activate my card using their website. I saw the link to comments and found that I was not the only person that couldn't get any of the activation links to work. Followed everyone's advice here and called...took less than a minute to activate.

Thank goodness I found this consumer rating page. I too tried and tried to activate card. After reading this, I went straight to the number on the back and it took about one minute to get it activated. Next time, please just give me instant rebate or a check.

have been trying to find the acceptable list of vendors, with no such luck. The use of this feature should not be this complicated. your grade should be less than zero if this was available.

Oh my!!!! I have been wasting my time trying to activate my prepaid card(s) by going to: MyPrepaidCenter.com
Don't bother going online. Whether you try to create a profile or enter the card's information; it doesn't work!

Just call the customer service number on the back of the card:
My card(s) customer service number was 1 (888) 842-0336.
Just follow the prompts....

I can't even get the card of $25.00 from myprepaidcenter it always says I have to create a profile and already did that. After that theirs a little square box to check that says you have read and agree to the disclosure of the rules and regulation of the card. The darn thing won't accept my check mark and no matter what I do, it brings me back to this point. I have called myprepaidcenter to get this taken care of and they say they will call you back in 5 to 7 business days and theynever do.

This website is worthless for activating your card, simply does not work. Just call the number on the back of the card, its a breeze, automated activation.

30 minutes creating a stupid profile and it kept kicking me off. Complete waste of time. Use phone number. If this was a place I went to buy anything they would have lost my business..

I had 6 (yes 6) $50 gift cards that were in an envelope, somehow the envelope got misplaced. When the envelope was found all 6 cards had expired- I called the 800 number and got a lady that I couldn't understand. After talking to her, and not understanding her, I was so upset I asked to speak to her supervisor. Not very happy with the way this conversation was going, after a 10 min. hold "Dean" comes on the line, saying he's a shift supervisor. I explain the situation and he tells me that for each month after expiration, I'm charged $3.95 off the card. THEN to actually get the money on the card, I have to pay an additional $15 for each card.

I kept saying, you've got to do better than that- what about customer service? Can't you cut me a break? Somehow? At this point he wouldn't even talk to me- there was just silence on the phone. I've worked with customers all my life and HAVE NEVER been treated so poorly by a company!

After it was all said and done- my $300 worth of gift cards were only worth $116. They took $184 out for fees! I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company! We'll see if I ACTUALLY even receive the replacement card in the mail.

IF you receive a card from these guys- DO NOT LET IT EXPIRE- they will rake you over the coals, instead of help you! Worst Customer Service EVER!

I tried about three times to activate my card at MyPrepaidCenter.com. Each time it went to "unable to locate web page". Decided to try the phone number on the back and activation was a success. Now I haven't tried redeem, it yet---hopefully it will work. I'll let you know.

New information......call the phone # on back of card to activate the card.
Just called it and it was a breeze. DO NOT GO TO THE WEBSITE.....
JUST CALL PHONE # ON BACK. Wish I had noticed the telephone # before trying to activate on line. Hope this helps everyone.

Same story. Got my rebate from Pirelli for new tires; card will not activate. I'm calling Pirelli and raising big stink. This is BS and you have to make the vendor feel your pain.

I received a $15 Visa card and was told to go to MyPrepaidCenter to activate the card. I have spent hours attempting to activate this card. I just want to activate the card. I clicked on every web site that said MyPrepaidCenter and none of them worked. What is the problem? This is so discouraging. This is terrible.

I received a $15 rebate card and was told to go to MyPrepaidCenter to activate the card. I have spent hours over 2 days attempting to do this. I go through your song and dance about robots only to find that the activation was unsuccessful. I am not a robot , and I dont want to play games. I just want to activate the card. I clicked on every web site that said MyPrepaidCenter and none of them worked.
