I was at McDonalds this morning at11:12 & had the worst experience ever! I ordered 2 coffees & had to wait a full 10 minutes before I got them. Also, it was not crowded at this time. When I finally got my coffees, I was given someone's else's receipt. I then ordered a gift card & the cashier was completely lost. One customer ate 2 burgers (at the counter) while waiting for the rest of his order! I was so disappointed & do not know if I will ever go back this location. It was at 3815 Union Rd, in Cheektowaga,, ny 14225

Ashley is the bomb.com. Always greets you with a smile. Best cashier ever. Takes orders and then goes to pick up window to help complete your order. Her and the manager Lupe make a great team. I would definitely recommend an early morning visit. We visit the drive thru Monday through Friday and as long as Ashley is there, it's always a pleasant experience
