The email they sent says it is related to my doctor’s office, but my doctor’s office never heard of it.

I don’t trust anything that has my name and asks for my date of birth… that’s just asking to have your identity stolen.

This website smells like it’s phishing for my personal info.

agree not adventageous at all.... I am having a hamstring repair and the video was on a colonoscopy!! terrible
