Purchased an Armenian map from Memnav. After several tries to download product it still does not work. The company says that it must be my computer that is causing the problem. I had expert computer people try to download the product into my gps. It downloads but does not work. After two weeks of communication, I feel it is only right that I get my money back. Memnav replys that their program works fine. I beg to differ. They will not refund my money so I will have to follow up with legal resolutions. In my opinion, Memnav is a poorly run company that doesn't know what they are doing.
